11/07/08 TGIF
1st game - 208 with my Gamebreaker, left a lot of easy spares
2nd game - 214 again with the Gamebreaker, had to move in as the shot was breaking down but still left easy spares.
3rd game - 171 started with the Gamebreaker but had to change to my Shift as the lanes really broke down. Should have started with the Shift.
11/10/08 PBAX Shark pattern
1st game - 162 and won my point. Not a very high score (actually didn't score high any game this night) but I made all spares that were not splits.
2nd game - 176 lost the point, again made all my spares but couldn't find the pocket.
3rd game - 155 shoulda had a 180 but had big splits in the 9th and 10th, lost this point but not by much (9 pins). Even though the score weren't high I still feel OK as I was a spare shooting machine which is what I'm really working on...figure once spares become easy the strikes will start comming.
11/14/08 TGIF
1st game - 229 Felt real good started with the first 5, then slowed the ball down and left the 4,7,10 then a 4,10 but finished well.
2nd game - 167...did I mention it was my wifes birthday? Anyway the second frame my daughter, her husband, our grandson, and our inlaws surprise her and me. Concentration went out the window, but that's perfectly fine as long as wifey enjoyed it, after all it's only a game.
3rd game - 237 got my mind back into the game, clean game with two turkeys. I think bowling in the PBAX is helping especially making spares. Also our team finally won more games than we lost for a week.
11/17/08 PBAX Chameleon
1st game - 225 felt real good didn't string a bunch of strikes but didn't leave any garbage either. Won this point.
2nd game - 154...wtf? Lanes transitioned and I wasn't watching. Lost the point.
3rd game - 182 I guess I didn't pay attention to the 2nd game, moved inside around the 6th frame and finished OK. Lost this point by 10 pins but I won the first game by enough and finished the last game well so that I took totals. Again I was making almost all of my spares keeping me in the game.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention the man I was bowling against gave me a AMF Radar Lock ball (15lb), can't wait to have it plugged and drilled. Very nice of hime for doing this!!
